- For quantities less than 1000 units, the estimated average time* is 10 to 12 days after the first payment.

- The estimated average time is 20 to 30 working days after award.

- Up to 5000 units, the average time estimated* is 10 to 20 working days after award.

Yes. We can send you a sample of the product you want to order without any commitment.
You can receive a physical sample of any USB flash drive model with no cost. In relation to the remaining gifts, the purchase of a sample will have a cost that will be refunded if you proceed with an order.
The probability of not delivering is very low. Before being sent to the customer, the order arrives at our facilities To ensure both the quantity and integrity.
Any eventuality that may happen, it will be treated in an appropriate way, in order to guarantee your total satisfaction.
No amount already paid by the customer will be refunded.

All our products are covered by a warranty period of 2 years, with a start date indicated on the invoice and/or receipt.
It is not bound by it:
- Repair or exchange of products with defects resulting from accidents, physical damages (both external and on the chip, in case of orders of flash drives), misuse, modification, improper maintenance and/or third party services to which USB Spot is extraneous.
- If proof of purchase is not presented or in case of damages caused by negligence, accident, misuse and modification, the warranty is considered void.

2. USB FLASH DRIVES
With the minimum capacity of 2 GB storage memory, USB Spot also sells 4Gb, 8Gb, 16Gb, 32Gb, 64Gb and 128Gb USB drives.
Our chips are suitable to your Macintosh system from version 9.0. If you have a Microsoft operating system you do not have to worry about this issue.
If this happens, please contact us. Still, you can even try to solve the problem by formatting the flash drive. There are several tools on the Internet that allow you to format your flash drives, using a low-level type of formatting. We do not generally recommend this practice, only in isolated cases, since you will lose all content stored on your flash drive. Moreover, you are using a standard formatting process, at your own risk, which does not guarantee the 100% USB continues to operate at full capacity.

Silkscreen
- Due to its versatility it adapts to almost all materials, however, since each screen supports only one color, this technique becomes ideal for prints with few colors and high contrast (without shadows and/or gradients).
Full Color
- The full color process is a printing process that allows you to reproduce all colors from the combination of the three primary colors (cyan, magenta and yellow) with black, hence also known as CMYK. This technique allows you to create the entire Pantone system and any image that the client wants. It is ideal for complex images with gradients and shadows.
Laser engraving
- The laser is computer controlled, as if it were a “pencil” that, instead of releasing paint on the material, removes it from the surface, either by vaporization or by fracture, depending on the material. This technique allows to record clean reliefs with various depths, and with high precision and is particularly used in metals or wood. Ideal for very complex logos.
Embossing
- The embossing method uses a heated mold which is pressed against the surface of the article to make the marking.
3. POWER BANKS
All the USB Spot products are guaranteed for 2 years, and the Power Banks are no exception.
You can request verification and/or replacement of your power bank if it does not work as soon as your order is delivered to you. You have 72 hours to check your entire order, and the warranty can be activated once we have reviewed the product in question.

Delivery time defines the total period of time we need to produce, customize and deliver your order. It usually takes 15 to 20 business days.
